Trash the Dress 2010

This passed weekend I got to hang out with some fellow photogs and have some fun! We had a trash the dress event in Winter Garden and had some great photo ops:)

Back to Dallas I go. I hope to keep real busy here for the next couple of weeks.

Woke up this morning to snow...

but didn't last long.... Maybe next time.

2009 Sutch Family Holiday Photos

Had a wonderful time with my wife Kimberly taking some holiday photos today in Oviedo FL. I ended up using my clients family room and their lovely Christmas tree as the backdrop. Here are a couple of photos from the day.

Thinking Ahead

Going to Texas for 2 weeks. I'll be going for work this time..hahaha. But I know I'll be fitting in photography time too! I just want to remind everyone that the holidays are approaching fast! I know there's a recession going on. But the one thing you should continue to do is get your family portraits:) Times change. People change. In the blink of an eye. Remember this part of your history through photos. I'd love to be a part of making your family album complete this year. What better gift than the gift of photos? Grandparents, sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles. You have loads of people who'd love to see your family this holiday season!!

Here are the photos taken from my trip to Italy this past summer. I wish I had more time to visit more places but I was very happy to see my family again after 23 years. I traveled to Milan, then Torino & Ivrea. Down to the Italian Riviera, San Remo, Diano Marina and Pairola. Then off to Genoa. I'll be updating these photos as I complete my post-processing. Attended The BBPS Hafla hosted by Kristen Hanshaw Wheeler

Latest fun thing I've done? I was given the opportunity to photograph an exciting event hosted by Kristen Hanshaw Wheeler (www.khphotographics.com) @ Cheeser's Palace in Clermont, FL! I have never photographed belly dancing, Iranian folkloric dance or even heard of gothic belly dance but it was a blast! (We even learned to "Yip!") Kristen donated all her proceeds to help a special needs facility in Apopka which is in need of new toys and supplies for their classroom My wife came with me & she had a great time too. We saw all kinds of dance, including dance with a hula hoop! You all should definitely attend an event like this if given the opportunity:)
Cheeser's Palace in Clermont was a quaint cozy shop that was very hospitable to us & we will go back for some grilled blueberry muffins~ yum! Again, had a great time & keep your eyes open for photos from my upcoming trip to Santa Barbara, California (get to take my daughter along!).
